Mailing of 2022 Annual Report and Notice of 2023 Annual Meeting

 

MYCELX Technologies Corporation ("MYCELX" or the "Company"), the clean water
and clean air technology company transforming the environmental impact of
industry, announces that, following the release on 18 May 2023 of the
Company's Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2022, the 2022 Annual
Report is today being mailed to shareholders together with the Notice of 2023
Annual Meeting.
