Director Resignation and Appointment of Interim CFO
MYCELXTechnologies Corporation (AIM: MYX), the clean water technology company providing patented solutions for commercial industrial markets worldwide,announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Mark David Clark, intends to step down from his position and the Board on September 1, 2015 in order to pursue other business opportunities. Kimberly Slayton will act as Interim Chief Financial Officer upon Mr Clark's departure. Ms Slayton will report to, but will not be joining, the Board of Directors at this time. 
Ms Slayton is a Certified Public Accountant with over twelve years of experience and has been with the Company for the past 3 years as its Corporate Controller. She was instrumental in the implementation of the expense control program and will be driving these initiatives in her new role. She will be supported in this interim role by Board members, primarily Swinton Griffith, Chairman of the Audit Committee.

"Kim Slayton has been a valuable member of our finance and accounting team as the Company's Controller for 3 years. She will have the full support of the Board of Directors and Senior Management in managing our ongoing expense control program to ensure MYCELX is cash neutral in H2 2015 and meets its target of being operationally cash generative in 2016.
