Mailing of 2015 Annual Report and Notice of 2016 Annual Meeting
Following the release on 17 May 2016 of the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2015 (the "Annual Report") MYCELX announces that the Annual Report has been mailed to shareholders, together with the Notice of 2016 Annual Meeting, the Form of Proxy and the Form of Direction for depository interest holders.
Copies have been placed on the Company's website at www.mycelx.com. Copies will also be available free of charge from the Company's headquarters at 2420 Meadowbrook Parkway, Duluth, Georgia, GA 30096, USA for a period of at least one month.
Annual Meeting
The Company's 2016 Annual Meeting will be held at 12 noon (BST) on Wednesday 13 July 2016 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4AG.
