Confirmation of Capital Reduction

 

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 6 December 2022,
MyHealthChecked PLC (AIM: MHC), announces today that the reduction of capital
(the "Capital Reduction"), involving the cancellation of the Deferred Shares,
the Share Premium Account and the Capital Redemption Reserve of the
Company, has been confirmed by the High Court of Justice of England and Wales
(the "Court").

 

The Court order confirming the Capital Reduction, and a statement of capital
approved by the Court, is expected to be registered with the Registrar of
Companies no later than 31 January 2023.

 

Full details of the Capital Reduction are set out in the notice of general
meeting which was sent to shareholders of the Company on 18 November 2022 (the
"Notice"). The Notice is also available for inspection on the Company's
website.
