MyHealthChecked Plc (AIM: MHC), the consumer home-testing healthcare company,
announces that Gareth Davies, Chief Financial and Operations Officer, will
stand down and leave the Company on 7 April 2022 to pursue other
opportunities.

 

Gareth joined MyHealthChecked in June 2021 and has supported the Company
through a transitionary period, establishing robust financial processing and
reporting systems as well as an efficient operations system. During this time,
the Company has seen strong delivery through a dynamic growth phase and, with
the infrastructure and new systems in place, is well placed to continue this
growth through the launch of the Company's new at-home wellness tests in H1
2022.

 

The Company has initiated a search for a replacement Finance Director and a
further announcement will be made in due course.

 

Penny McCormick, Chief Executive Officer of MyHealthChecked Plc, said: "I
would like to thank Gareth for the critical role he has played in the past
nine months at MyHealthChecked. During this time, we have achieved rapid
growth and scale up, and Gareth leaves the infrastructure of MyHealthChecked
in a position fitting for a public company entering a new phase of the
business with COVID as a secondary business stream.
