** Shares of Myseum MYSE.O rise nearly four-fold to $5.70 premarket

** Co says it has rebranded and is now operating under new name of Myseum.AI, which reflects focus on integrating AI into its messaging and social media platforms

** MYSE says it is developing localized AI agents to help users manage personal media such as photos, videos and messages, while maintaining data privacy and encryption

** Move comes a day after footwear brand Allbirds BIRD.O surged over six-fold after unveiling its pivot to AI business

** MYSE has market capitalization of $6.23 mln as of last close - LSEG data

** As of Wednesday's close, MYSE stock down over 15% YTD
