** Banking software provider nCino Inc NCNO.O shares climb 17% to $17.54 pre-market

** Q4 rev rose 6% to $149.67 mln, topping estimates of $147.82 mln, per LSEG data, helped by strong global sales and demand for AI-powered solutions

** NCNO expects Q1 total rev between $154.5 mln and $156.5 mln, vs analysts' expectation of $153.8 mln

** Co also announced $100 mln accelerated share repurchase program

** Through Tues close, stock had fallen about 41.6% YTD, underperforming a 7.1% drop in the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC
