May 23 (Reuters) - ACT Co Ltd  138360.KQ  :
    
    * Says it will issue 3rd series unregistered and unsecured
private convertible bonds, to raise 10 billion won in proceeds
for operations and investment 
    * Maturity date is Aug. 29, 2021, coupon rate is 3 percent
and yield to maturity is 3 percent for the bonds
    * Conversion price is 5,870 won/share and conversion ratio
