    ** Co posts Q1 adjusted earnings per share of $0.50 vs.
market estimates of $0.44 
    ** Q1 sales rise 27% to $695 mln, while analysts had a
figure of $625.7 mln, according to Refinitiv data
    ** Raises 2022 sales and adjusted EPS outlook, citing strong
Q1  
    ** Now expects annual reported and organic sales growth of
up 11% to 13% and adjusted EPS of $2.14 to $2.22
    ** As of last close, NVT down 7.1% this year
