N4 Pharma Plc (AIM: N4P), the specialist pharmaceutical company developing Nuvec®, a novel delivery system for cancer treatments and vaccines, announces that the Company's audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), are now available on the Company's website www.n4pharma.com and will be posted to shareholders today.
The AGM will be held at 10.00am on 24 March 2021. In line with current Covid-19 restrictions and in line with the Company's Articles of Association, this year's AGM will be a virtual meeting, full details of which are contained in the notice convening the AGM.
