** Agrochemical co posts 60% rise in Q1 net profit after tax; rev from ops fell 14.5%
** Says it will sell stake in associate company, Nasense Labs, for 81.5 mln rupees ($844,318.98)
** More than 4 mln shares traded, 1.5x the 30-day avg
** Stock up 33.4% YTD
