** Shares in Nagarro NA9n.DE fall around 4.2% in early Frankfurt trade after Germany's finance watchdog BaFin determined the German company's financial statements and management report for 2022 as erroneous
** Nagarro's objection to the audit have also been rejected by Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main on July 14
** A local trader says it is expected that BaFin will publish the findings of errors without undue delay even while the objection proceedings are ongoing
** "Rejection by court as expected we would consider," it adds
** The stock is seen at the bottom of Germany's small-cap index .SDAXI
