The Board of Naked Wines announces that Nicola Pailing and Colebrooke Partners Management Limited, being persons closely associated with Jack Pailing, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, have sold an aggregate of 28,257 ordinary shares of 7.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
