 * Deal for consideration of RMB180 million 
 * On 17 December, co, target co and vendors entered into acquisition agreement 
 * Says pursuant to deal the parties have conditionally agreed to carry out the 
acquisition 
 * Nanjing sinolife united co - target company will issue and allot 6,245,000 
shares to the company at a consideration of RMB10 million
