 * Subsidiary, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into the construction contract with the contractor 
 * Deal for consideration of RMB42.5 million 
 * Contractor to construct complex of three buildings, comprising offices, research centres and information control centres 
 * Says construction works are expected to complete on or before 15 July 2017
