April 6 (Reuters) - Nanjing Sinolife United Co Ltd  3332.HK : 
 * Company, fosun partnership and fosun hk entered into the agreement, 
 * Nanjing sinolife united -company has conditionally agreed to acquire 40% of 
the equity interest in the target company from fosun partnership 
 * Nanjing sinolife united co - agreed to acquire 40% of equity interest in 
target company from fosun partnership at a consideration of hk$133 million 
 * Fosun hk will apply cash consideration to subscribe for 38mln h shares at 
subscription price of hk$3.50 per subscription share 
 * Says agreed to acquire interest in the target company from fosun partnership 
at a consideration of hk$133 million
