    ** NA receives letter from Nasdaq, indicating its decision

    ** Earlier in July, Nasdaq had notified the co that it had
failed to comply with listing requirement  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX7ww37M
    ** Stock fell ~63% since its July debut
