** Shares of nuclear technology company NANO Nuclear Energy NNE.O rise 7.4% to $40.77 premarket ** Company signs memorandum of understanding with Namibia Industrial Development Agency (NIDA) to develop domestic nuclear fuel supply chain infrastructure within country ** NNE says collaboration aims to help position Namibia as key player in emerging secure and diversified global nuclear fuel supply chain ** NIDA to help coordinate government and stakeholder engagement and NNE to lead assessments related to industrial capability, fuel logistics and potential international nuclear fuel supply contracts for NIDA ** "NANO Nuclear and NIDA will also work to negotiate and enter into definitive agreement related to the collaboration in the future," company says ** Up till last close, stock up 52.5% YTD (Reporting by Pooja Menon in Bengaluru) ((Pooja.Menon@thomsonreuters.com;))
