Nano Nuclear Energy gains on plans to build research facility in Illinois
** Shares of nuclear technology company Nano Nuclear Energy NNE.O rise 1.8% to $54.61
** Company says it will build a manufacturing and research & development facility in Illinois alongside Governor JB Pritzker and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for $12 million
** NNE says the investment establish its operations and create 50 new full-time jobs
** Additionally, the company will receive $6.8 million in incentive awards from the REV Illinois program
** As of last close, shares up 115.42% YTD
