** Shares of nuclear technology company NANO Nuclear Energy NNE.O rise 1.4% to $34.63 premarket

** Company signs memorandum of understanding with private exploration company UrAmerica to explore strategic development across Argentina’s uranium-fuel supply chain

** Both companies aim to build the mining and milling capacities of Argentina's uranium supply chain with the intention to be a part of the uranium fuel cycle exports into the U.S.
