** Antiviral drug developer's shares  NNVC.A  rise 16.7% to
$7.7 premarket on COVID-19 drug development agreement 
    ** NNVC signs memorandum of understanding (MoU) with
privately held TheraCour Pharma on antiviral treatments for
coronavirus-derived human infections  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nACSDZh6ha
    ** The MoU provides a limited, exclusive license to all
research and development in the field towards human clinical
trials
    ** NNVC says it now has broad-spectrum anti-coronavirus drug
candidates that are worthy of human clinical trials based on
their effectiveness in cell culture and animal models
    ** Plans to further study effectiveness against SARS-CoV-2
and requests meeting with U.S. FDA for regulatory guidance
    ** Up to Monday's close, stock rose ~160% YTD
