** Shares of antiviral drug developer  NNVC.N  surge 92 pct
to 80 cents premarket; set to touch an all-time high if gains
hold
    ** Stock top pct gainer across U.S. exchanges premarket
    ** Co reaches agreement on terms of license with TheraCour
Pharma Inc for developing a drug against the virus that causes
chickenpox in children and shingles in adults  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn4zHWHNa
    ** The licensor, TheraCour, will not get any payment on
signing the agreement; co to get 500,000 shares of NNVC's series
A preferred stock as milestone payment when drug is cleared for
human trials
    ** NNVC also developing drugs for seasonal and
potentially-epidemic influenzas, HIV, dengue viruses and other
viral diseases
    ** Stock has risen 67 pct so far this year
