Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials, is today posting to shareholders, and publishing on its website at www.nanocogroup.com, the Company's Annual Report & Accounts 2015, its Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and its Proxy Form for the 2015 AGM.
