Appointment of Senior Independent Director 
Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials, notifies that pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, Brendan Cummins, who joined the Company as a Non-Executive Director in May last year, has been appointed as the Board's Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
