("Nanoco" or the "Company") 
Blocklisting Application 
Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials, announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of up to 12,703,809 ordinary shares of 10p each.
The shares may be allotted and issued in due course in relation to the exercise of options which were issued under the terms of the legacy Nanoco Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares when issued will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
It is expected that the block listing will become effective on 9 June 2015.
