NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS / PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
 
Nanoco Group plc ("Nanoco" or the "Company") announces today that on 14 May 2018, Michael Edelman, Chief Executive Officer disposed of 1,700,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 42.2p in order to settle personal commitments and, on 9 May 2018, transferred 150,000 Ordinary Shares into a charitable donor advised fund at a value of 48.98p which subsequently sold the shares at the average price 44.47p. Following this disposal, Michael Edelman holds a beneficial interest of 3,124,350 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.09% of the total issued share capital.
