DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Nanoco (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of
cadmium-free quantum dots and other specific nanomaterials emanating from our
technology platform, has been notified that Dr Christopher Richards,
Non-Executive Chairman, a PCA of Brian Tenner, Chief Executive Officer and
Liam Gray, Chief Financial Officer, have bought, in aggregate, 259,550
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.

The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU
