DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Nanoco (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of
cadmium-free quantum dots and other specific nanomaterials emanating from our
technology platform, has been notified that Dmitry Shashkov, Chief Executive
Officer, has purchased 1,707,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.
