DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Nanoco (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of
cadmium-free quantum dots and other specific nanomaterials emanating from our
technology platform, has been notified that Dr Jalal Bagherli, Non-Executive
Director, has purchased 1,965,380 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.
