Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
Further to the Company's announcement of 4 October 2017, Nanoco announces that it has today posted to shareholders an explanatory circular (the "Circular"), along with an accompanying form of proxy, containing a notice convening the general meeting to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 14 November 2017 at the offices of Reed Smith LLP at The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2RS.The Circular will be available to view on the Company's website at www.nanocotechnologies.com.
In accordance with LR 13.2.9, a copy of the Circular has been forwarded to the FCA for publication through the Document Viewing Facility and will be accessible via the National Storage Mechanism website at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
