** The biomaterials co signs term sheet with Paradise
Textiles for joint venture for supply of Nullarbor fibre to
Paradise
** Under deal, Paradise Textiles will continue to work
closely with co to develop new yarn and fabric constructions
** Stock hits its highest level since May 28
** Stock is down over 13% this year, as of last close
