logging its biggest intra-day pct gain since May 2020
    ** Stocks hits highest level since Aug 23, 2021
    ** Nanotechnology firm buys Singapore-based semiconductor
firm Embedded AI Systems Pte (EMASS) for A$5 mln ($3.3 mln) in
shares and 83.3 mln performance rights
    ** Says it will enter semiconductor market across multiple
tech industries
    ** More than 14 mln shares traded, ~70x the 30-day avg
    ** NVU has doubled so far this year
