** Shares of Nanoveu  NVU.AX  fall as much as 16.1% to
A$0.026, set for worst day since April 19, if losses hold     
    ** Nanotechnology co says it has received commitments to
undertake an A$2.25 million placement to fund its EyeFly3D film
and software platform, among others
    ** Offer price of $0.026 represents a 16.1% discount to
stock's last close
    ** Stock at lowest level since May 27    
    ** NVU up 34.8% YTD, as of last close
