** Shares of Nanoveu NVU.AX fall 4.1% to A$0.093, on track for worst day since December 10 if current losses hold

** Advanced nanotechnology firm to raise A$7.5 million  ($5.03 million) at A$0.088 per share in a placement

** Issue price represents a discount of 9.3% to stock's last close

** About 4.8 mln shares change hands, 2.1x the 30-day average of 2.3 mln

** Stock rose more than 147% in 2025
