** Shares of personalized healthcare data co NantHealth
 NH.O  fall 15.8% to $2.13
    ** On May 22, co received notice from Nasdaq that its shares
will be suspended at the open of business on May 24
    ** On May 19, co had withdrawn its request for Nasdaq panel
hearing and interest to pursue continued Nasdaq listing 
    ** Co says it expects and plans for its shares to be quoted
by OTC Markets group upon Nasdaq delisting; has applied for
securities trading on OTCQB Venture Market
    ** Says transition to OTCQB Venture Market group will not
affect co's business operations
    ** Including session's losses, stock has fallen 45.21% YTD
