as much as 13% to an all-time high of $28.86
    ** Stock last up 10%, on course for best day since September
2021 
    ** Company's Q4 net sales rose 22% to $43.2 mln, helped by
strong demand for its services and price increases  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn2R8B5Ga
    ** NSSC's net income rose to $7.5 mln, or 20 cents per
share, from $5.5 mln, or 15 cents, a year earlier
    ** Stock has risen ~14% this year
