NAB 2020 Annual General Meeting Update
 
In light of circumstances relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, NAB's 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 18 December 2020 will be a virtual meeting with shareholders to attend online.  
 
This decision is consistent with the relief provided by the Federal Treasurer for the conduct of virtual shareholder meetings.  
 
The Chairman's letter http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/2108C_1-2020-10-15.pdf provides shareholders with key information on how to prepare for virtual participation. 
 
Further details on how to participate at the AGM will be set out in the Notice of Meeting, to be released mid-November 2020.
