3rd supplementary prospectus dated 28 February 2020 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the CAD 15,000,000,000 Legislative Global Covered Bond Programme of National Bank of Canada ("NBC"), unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by NBC Covered Bond (Legislative) Guarantor Limited Partnership.
