The following prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:
Prospectus dated 2 September 2021 (the "Prospectus") relating to the CAD 20,000,000,000 Legislative Global Covered Bond Programme of National Bank of Canada ("NBC"), unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by NBC Covered Bond (Legislative) Guarantor Limited Partnership.
