The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
4th supplementary prospectus dated 5 September 2014 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the U.S.$ 7,000,000,000 Legislative Global Covered Bond Programme of National Bank of Canada ("NBC"), unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by NBC Covered Bond (Legislative) Guarantor Limited Partnership.
