Publication of Prospectus

The following prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority
and is available for viewing:

Prospectus dated 9 September 2024 (the "Prospectus") relating to the CAD
20,000,000,000 Legislative Global Covered Bond Programme of National Bank of
Canada ("NBC"), unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by
NBC Covered Bond (Legislative) Guarantor Limited Partnership.

 

The Prospectus and documents incorporated by reference therein (to the extent
not previously submitted) have been submitted to the National Storage
