The supplementary prospectus dated 29 May 2025 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") relating to the CAD 20,000,000,000 Legislative Global Covered
Bond Programme of National Bank of Canada ("NBC"), unconditionally and
irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by NBC Covered Bond (Legislative)
