Suspension of Trading in Listed Shares of Henan Zhongfu Industrial Co., Ltd
The Company notes the announcement of the Company's subsidiary, Henan Zhongfu Industrial Co., Ltd ("Henan Zhongfu"), which is a listed Chinese holding company of the Company's main aluminium producing operations in China.
Based on the announcement in China, the Company notes that Henan Zhongfu has informed the market regarding possible plans to issue shares in a private placement and, due to high uncertainty of this issuance, in order to ensure fair disclosure of the information and protect investors rights, the trading of the listed securities of Henan Zhongfu on the Shanghai Stock Exchange was suspended from (and including) 22 May 2015 by request of Henan Zhongfu.
The Company further understands that the temporary suspension may last up to 20 trading days from the date of suspension.
