    July 6 (Reuters) -    ** Shares of state-owned National
Fertilizers Ltd  NAFT.NS  rise as much as 18.05% to 36.3 rupees,
their highest in over a year
    ** Co's fertilizer sales jump 21.5%, over a year ago, to 1.3

    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage gain since
April 2015; tops gainers list on the Nifty 500 index  .NIFTY500 
    ** About 4.1 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 1.4 mln
    ** Stock has fallen 22% so far this year as of last close
