National Grid Electricity Distribution (West Midlands) plc (formerly Western
Power Distribution (West Midlands) plc) announces a repurchase of its
£800,000,000 5.75 per cent. Instruments due April 2032

 

National Grid Electricity Distribution (West Midlands) plc announces that it
has today agreed to repurchase £115,800,000 of the £800,000,000 5.75 per
cent. Instruments due April 2032 (the "Instruments") for cancellation.

The repurchase will settle on or around 24 April 2023. Following settlement of
the repurchase, the amount of Instruments outstanding will be £684,200,000.
