Publication of Final Terms

 

The following final terms have been approved by the Financial Conduct
Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms in relation to the National Grid North America Inc. issues of (i)
EUR 500,000,000 3.150 per cent. Senior Instruments due 3 June 2030 and (ii)
EUR 700,000,000 3.917 per cent. Senior Green Instruments due 3 June 2035, each
under the National Grid North America Inc. Euro 8,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term
Note Programme.
