Voting Rights update

 

National Grid's registered capital as of 30 April 2023 consisted
of 3,930,371,661 ordinary shares, of which, 252,346,403 were held as treasury
shares; leaving a balance of 3,678,025,258 with voting rights.

The figure of 3,678,025,258 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, National Grid under the
FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Please be advised that the Voting Rights Regulatory News update, released on 3
April 2023 contained incorrect figures regarding treasury shares and balance
of shares with voting rights.

The correct figures as at 31 March 2023 were: 253,848,927 were held as
treasury shares; leaving a balance of 3,676,522,734 with voting rights.
