National Grid announces that Ian Livingston, Senior Independent Director of
the Company, has been elected as Non-Executive Chairman of S&P Global Inc.
with effect from 7 May 2025. Ian has been a Non-Executive Director on the
Board of S&P Global Inc. since 2020.
