May 27 (Reuters) - National Plastic Industries Ltd  NAPL.BO : 
 * Recommended a dividend of INR 1 per equity share 
 
 * Source text: National Plastic Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Re. 1 (10%) per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 and the same shall be paid subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
