T.H.F.C. (Funding No.3) Plc (the Issuer) is pleased to announce that application has been made by the Issuer to the UK Listing Authority for the £83m 5.20% Secured Bonds due 2043/45 to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these bonds to be admitted to trading on the Professional Securities Market.

 
The bonds will be fungible on issue with the existing £932.3m 5.20% Secured Bonds due 2043/2045 of the Issuer.
